1.Who we are
Ardzz is a property platform operating in Pakistan. We list properties for sale, rent and Girvi, and we offer construction, renovation and interior decoration services. This policy explains what we collect when you use www.ardzz.com and what we do with it.
2.What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through a form on this site: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, the city and area you are interested in, your budget and size range, your timeline, and any message you write. If you submit a property enquiry we also record which listing or service the enquiry relates to.
3.Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to match you with properties or services. If you ask us to find a property that is not currently listed, we keep your requirements on file so we can contact you when something suitable comes in.
4.Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and see which pages are used. It does not use cookies to track you, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you to other websites.
5.Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, such as remembering your language and light or dark theme, and keeping an administrator signed in. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data to advertisers.
6.Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and reply to you: our hosting provider, our database provider, our image storage provider, our email delivery provider, and our spam protection provider. Where a property is handled by a partner dealer, we may share your contact details with that dealer so they can respond to you.
7.How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and requirements for as long as we may reasonably need them to serve you, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
8.Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email or call us using the details on our contact page and we will act on your request.
9.Security
The site is served over HTTPS, administrator accounts require two-factor authentication, and access to enquiry data is limited to our staff. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
10.Children
This site is intended for adults conducting property business. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11.Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
