1.Agreement

2.What this site is
This site advertises properties and services. It is an introduction service. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract for the sale, rent or Girvi of any property is formed through this website.
3.Listing information
We verify listings marked with our Self-Verified label by visiting them in person. Even so, prices, sizes, measurements, availability and descriptions are provided in good faith and can change or contain errors. Always satisfy yourself independently before committing money. Measurements in marla, kanal, square feet or square yards are approximate.
4.Your responsibility before you buy, rent or lend
You are responsible for verifying title and ownership documents, confirming approvals from the relevant authority, checking for encumbrances or disputes, and taking your own legal and financial advice. We strongly recommend you do this before paying any amount, including any token or advance.
5.Girvi
Girvi arrangements are between the property owner and the other party. We introduce the parties only. We are not a lender, we are not a financial institution, and we do not provide financial advice or guarantee any Girvi arrangement.
6.Information you give us
You agree that the information you submit through our forms is accurate, that the phone number is yours or one you are authorised to use, and that you will not use our forms to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or to send bulk or automated messages.
7.Services
Construction, renovation and interior decoration work is quoted and agreed separately in writing. Images of past projects on this site are examples of previous work and are not a promise of any particular result, material, finish, price or timeline.
8.Our content
The Ardzz name, logo, site design, text and photographs belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, republish or reuse them commercially without our written consent.
9.Availability
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site, including any listing, at any time.
10.Third-party links
The site links to third-party sites such as WhatsApp, YouTube and partner developers. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
11.Limits
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information published on this site, or from any transaction you enter into with a third party introduced through this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction.
